Simple Cloudflare brief

Data sources and collection plan for the 27 tracked ideas

One row per job: the fields required, where they come from, what Cloudflare should collect, how often, and the rule for publishing a first result.

Prepared for: Cloudflare implementation Updated 31 July 2026 Coverage: 27 tracked ideas
Keep it simple: each job downloads or snapshots one named source, saves a dated file, and retains the previous good file if collection fails. Do not scrape sources that require permission until access has been agreed.

What every collector should do

  1. Read the named source.
  2. Keep only the listed fields.
  3. Save a dated raw snapshot and a cleaned CSV.
  4. If collection or validation fails, retain the last good CSV and flag the job.

Where people still matter

Dealer awards, defunct manufacturers, air-ambulance identities and airport award winners require an approved first-party or reviewed list. Cloudflare should import those lists, not invent classifications from unreviewed web text.
