Observed business-jet supply, after a conservative title check
A searchable snapshot of jet-family listing supply from Sprinkle’s monitored feeds. Demand is withheld because no family meets the fixed public sample gate.
Public supply subset
Search the jet-family observation table
Each count excludes rows where the title cannot confirm the linked manufacturer or brand and either the family or linked model, where the family/model relationship conflicts, or where a sold or duplicate marker conflicts with the active status.
Methodology
How the public counts are built
- Select dealer and marketplace records with an active collector status, a linked model and the normalized
BUSINESS_JETcategory. - Require a normalized aircraft family. Confirm the linked manufacturer or a recognized brand in the advert title, then confirm either the family or its linked model in the same title.
- Check that the linked family and model names agree. Exclude recognized brand/manufacturer conflicts, known non-business-jet category conflicts, sold-flag conflicts and duplicate-marked rows.
- Aggregate the remaining rows by normalized family. Keep every rejected row in the complete CSV with a machine-readable reason for review.
- Separately combine 90-day enquiries, active wanted records and saved searches. Publish demand only when a family has at least three unique buyers and three active listings. This edition has zero eligible families, so no family demand is disclosed.
Sources and limits
What journalists should know
Supply sources: _gdb_dealer_listing, _gdb_mkt_aircraft_listing, _gdb_model, _gdb_family, _gdb_category and _gdb_manufacturer.
Private demand sources used only for the gate: listing enquiries, wanted records and saved searches. No buyer identity or below-threshold family demand is published.
Title screening is deliberately conservative. It can reject valid abbreviations or historical brands, and a plausible title can still be wrong. A model-confirmed row inherits its family from Sprinkle’s normalized relationship, which may itself require correction. Listings can also become stale or disappear after collection.
Suggested source line: “Sprinkle analysis of observed business-jet adverts whose titles confirmed the linked manufacturer or brand and aircraft identity; demand rankings withheld because no family met the minimum public sample.”
