Methodology
How the list was made
- Kept active Sprinkle dealer listings in the US, priced in USD at $10,000 or more.
- Resolved listing coordinates to a state with the official Census geocoder and required the stated city to agree with that state.
- Excluded titles marked sold, sale pending, under contract or deposit taken.
- Compared asking price with the 2024 ACS B25077 state median home value.
Editorial use
What still needs checking
Open the source listing and confirm it remains available, the price is for the whole aircraft, and no project/share/lease terms change the meaning. Quote the ACS estimate year and state geography.
